Athletic Projects Dallas Christian School – Mesquite, Texas – 2009 Design and installed a complete sound system for the 1500 seat football stadium, to include a visitor side sound system and end zone/party zone. System included i-Pod docking station, dual cd player with remote control, wireless microphone system including a referee microphone and a complete back up control system. City of Dallas – Cotton Bowl – 2008 Designed and installed new portable sideline communication interface for stadium operation to include coach’s intercom system, ring down phones from the scoreboard, time keeper and public address announcer. City of San Angelo, Texas We designed and installed a speaker system for the 6000 seat coliseum. The design included new processing, new distribution system, some additional amplifiers and completely renovated inputs section, with line level and microphone inputs located at strategic points around the room and in the upper seating areas. SMU- Moody Coliseum – 2007 We designed a new sound system encompassing court side microphones, under basket and rim effect microphones along with floor effect microphones. This system included floor pockets connection for all microphones and effect feeds to multiple radio and broadcast positions. We included a design for TV broadcast production interfaces to include digital and analog trucks. The system also features FM transmitters for all games, wireless microphones and a complete distribution system. As an optional section we provided an on floor fill system to use for concerts, corporate meeting and graduation. The entire system is zoned controlled to enable the staff to simply select a preset for the type of event. Arlington Height High School – Baseball Field – 2007 Designed and installed a speaker system to cover the main bleacher seating area, concession stand and the out field. Kennedale High School – Wildcat Gymnasium – 2007 Designed and installed a new sound system featuring a rolling rack for all of the active times, but the system can be used with a simple hand held hard wired microphone for small assemblies. The rolling rack has dual CD players, four wireless units, along with a processor for the PA announcer to increase their intelligibility. Speakers have been installed in a manner to minimize feedback and increase sound pressure or loudness. SMU- Moody Coliseum – 2006 Designed and installed interfaces, monitors and recording devices for court side instant replay to fulfill C-USA requirement for Men’s basketball. Conference USA – Conference Wide – 2006 Designed and implemented a new instant replay system to be utilized by all C-USA facilities. We handled all of the logistics’ of providing for the pick up of the existing systems from each school, and delivery of the upgraded systems back to the schools. SMU – Ford Stadium – 2006 Designed and installed new main speaker control systems utilizing a dbx 4800 processor, added on field fill speakers and a visitor’s side speaker fill system. Conference USA – Ford Stadium – 2005 We installed a video replay system capable of utilizing either the in-house cameras or the broadcast units. We augmented the original system to provide a user friendly system. SMU – Hall of Champions – 2005 We designed a complete sound and video package for the Hall of Champions. This area will be used for recruits and major donors’ functions. The room includes multiple flat screen displays, a 10’ projection screen and Direct TV interfacing. TCU – Amon Cater Stadium – 2005 We designed an encompassing sound system for Cater Stadium including concourse systems, under balcony fill systems and a main speaker system. This system features fiber optic network system for audio distribution and amplifier monitoring network. Cotton Bowl – City of Dallas – 2004 The stadium had an entire system failure. We provided troubleshooting to identify the problems designed a solution and installed new electronics, recalibrated the entire system. Ford Stadium – VIP Club Level Redesigned, rewired and installed new control system for the Mustang Club. The original system had already failed and was not configured to incorporate the functions necessary to effectively use this space during games, nor as a meeting space. We added new audio input panels in locations that are user friendly, designed and installed a VGA or PowerPoint port so that the room can utilize the existing video system for presentations and reassigned the speaker system into eight (8) separate zones from two (2) in order to improve control of the system as a whole. Ford Stadium – Southern Methodist University – 2004 Repaired and reassigned inputs in the Team Meeting Room Ford Stadium Southern Methodist University – 2004 Designed and installed microphone package for the Mustang Band to use in the stadium. Hagar Stadium - Jesuit College Prep – Dallas, Texas - 2004 Designed a complete stadium sound system including wireless microphones, public address announcer and music coordinator slot, with custom designed speaker poles and mounting brackets. Cotton Bowl – Cotton Bowl Athletic Association – 2003 Designed and installed a new RF head end electronics package for the in-house video system. This new system included wiring for the post game press conference which takes place 2000’ away on the other side of a major building across the street from the stadium. Ford Stadium – Southern Methodist University – 2003 Designed and installed a new wireless microphone package to replace the units that had already failed. This system included two (2) referee microphone packages and a hand held unit. The parts of the old system that were still usable were repackaged for use in other venues on campus. Panther Stadium – Pascal High School Designed and installed a complete sound system to cover both the seating areas and the playing field from the Home side. Cotton Bowl – City of Dallas – 2002 Identified failed electronics, removed, repaired and replaced several units. Rewired and installed in-house media distribution system for broadcast entities. This system provides all of the broadcast partners with a clean feed of the referee microphones and a joint feed of field effect microphones. Ford Stadium – Southern Methodist University – 2002 Investigated, identified and corrected why the sound system was unintelligible in the stadium. We had a large amount of investigation due to the fact that the blueprints were incomplete and that the markings on the wiring were unreadable. We identified the problems, corrected the design flaws, eliminated the installation errors and realigned the entire system. Lupton Field – Texas Christian University – 2002 Designed a complete sound system for the new baseball facility. This system was a limited system covering only the seating areas. Daniel Meyer Coliseum – Texas Christian University – 2002 Repair of the main sound system, this was the second service call for this system and the problem had been identified at that time. Cotton Bowl – City of Dallas – 2001 Designed and installed a video distribution system for the concourse, providing non-televised events to be shown around the stadium. Daniel Meyer Coliseum – Texas Christian University – 2001 Identified failed electronics, removed, repaired and replaced several units, including mapping the entire system for future troubleshooting.
